Es así que, en la presente entrega, se articulan imaginarios y realidades macrosociales, a fin de precisar el rol de la educación en las transformaciones sociales, culturales y económicas de profesionales en Colombia durante los últimos cuarenta años. El valor de esta obra trasciende al reconocimiento de las diferencias y desigualdades y ahonda en la ejemplificación de aquellos factores que las reproducen y las perpetúan.
