This is a book about a poor, imigrant family, who decided to come to the U.S.A. It is a work of fantasy. Some of the information found in the book, really did happen, but most of the story is fictional. My father really was born in Montivideo, Urugway. He did attend the school of architecture in Paris, France. He became a practising architect and builder, in Salinas, and was fluent in five languages. He was a good musician, as was my mother. He played the mandolin, guitar and accordian. My mother played the guitar.
