The diversity of ideas and influences of the Reformation is as broad and fascinating as the continent—resisting reduction to the postcolonial movement and demonstrating an affinity with Protestant foundations that somehow remains uniquely Asian. This volume brings together the reflections of Christian academics from the continent to offer a sample of the theological work that remains largely inaccessible to the broader scholarly community, with contributions in the fields of theology, biblical studies, philosophy, and Christian higher education. If the quincentennial of the Reformation has revealed anything, it is the inauguration of Asia as the locus of biblical and theological scholarship for the next five hundred years.

Pemimpin mempunyai tanggung jawab baik secara fisik maupun spiritual terhadap keberhasilan aktivitas kerja dari yang dipimpin, sehingga menjadi pemimpin itu tidak mudah dan tidak setiap orang mempunyai kesamaan di dalam menjalankan kepemimpinannya. Leadership merupakan terjemahan dari kepemimpinan dan untuk memberikan definisi terhadap kepemimpinan ini tidaklah mudah. Sebab untuk memberikan pengertian tentang kepemimpinan ini tergantung dari segi mana kita memandangnya.

Pembelajaran dari Pencegahan Kebakaran dan Restorasi Gambut Berbasis Masyarakat
Ide, narasi dan argumentasi dalam mencegah bencana alam dan restorasi ekosistem berfokus pada peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi semua pihak. Riset konvensional membantu memahami sistem sosio-ekologis dan interaksinya. Akan tetapi, pemerintah, masyarakat dan donor menginginkan riset yang membawa perubahan. Kebutuhan akan perubahan sangat tinggi. Riset yang dilakukan dengan partisipasi penuh dan berorientasi pada aksi merupakan jawaban. Riset Aksi Partisipatif (RAP) dirancang untuk membawa perubahan nyata di lapangan. RAP bersifat transdisiplin yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan ragam disiplin ilmu pengetahuan dan kearifan lokal maupun global (local and global wisdoms). Buku ini memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep, landasan filosofis dan langkah implementasi RAP, yang dilengkapi dengan elaborasi pencegahan kebakaran dan restorasi gambut berbasis masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Provinsi Riau. Technology information offers challenges as well as opportunity. Therefore, Faculty of Ushuluddin, UIN (the State Islamic University) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, and UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held jointly the 2nd International Conference on Qur’an and Hadith Studies (ICONQUHAS 2018) and the 1st International Conference on Islam, Science, and Technology (ICONIST2018), with the theme “Qur’an-Hadith, Information Technology, and Media: Challenges and Opportunities”. This conference aims at bringing together scholars and researchers to share their knowledge and their research findings. This publication resulted from the selected papers of these conferences
