Setiap orang dalam menjalani kehidupanya pasti memerlukan kasih sayang dari orang terdekatnya, maka dari itu peran orang tua, keluarga dan pasangan sangat di butuhkan, karenanya dalam mejalani kehidupan tidak akan merasakan kesepian dan kesunyian lantaran ada keluarga yang mendampingi kita setiap harinya dan menjadi teman serta tempat berbagi kisah suka maupun duka. Namun hal ini dibuktikan dengan kenyataan bahwa pernikahan di masyarakat tidak sepenuhnya atau belum berjalan sesuai dengan harapan, jika terdapat masalah banyak pasangan yang melakukan tindakan yang tidak semestinya berupa dengan tindakan kekerassan seperti pemukulan, penamparan, dan ancaman. Kekerasan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga paling banyak menimpa ibu rumah tangga alias istri atau anak-anak, dan sangat disayangkan bahwa kekerasan yang terjadi dalam rumah tangga sering tidak dilaporkan oleh pihak berwenang karena pengancaman/intimidasi dan bahkan ketakutan, dan trauma pada korban yang mengakibatkan korban tidak berani melaporkan hal tersebut.

Socioeconomics of Agriculture
This open access book applies for the first time emerging concepts of socioeconomics to analyse an economic sector, namely agriculture. It considers the rational choices of all actors in the system (just as agricultural economists do) and their cultural preferences and constraints (just as rural sociologists do). Socioeconomic concepts are subsequently used to structure agricultural issues with regard to the three governance mechanisms (hierarchy, markets, and cooperation), and different agricultural systems are presented and compared.
