Buku Ajar Komunikasi Bisnis diperuntukan terutama untuk mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis serta mahasiswa fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik khususnya dan mahasiswa fakultas lain umumnya, selain itu buku ini juga diperuntukkan kepada masyarakat pebisnis dan dunia usaha. Buku Ajar Komunikasi Bisnis ini memiliki struktur sebagai berikut yaitu terdiri dari 15 bab dengan masing-masing isis bab sebegai berikut : Bab 1 mengenai garis besar komunikasi bisnis, Bab 2 mengenai Buku Ajar Komunikasi Bisnis ini memberi pesan khusus kepada pengguna buku yakni di setiap bab penulis cantumkan ilustrasi, gambar atau skema yang membuat pengguna buku memahami isi dari buku tersebut. Pesan selanjutnya yang disampaikan adalah pemahaman yang diberikan kepada pengguna buku dalam mempelajari buku ajar ini.
