SYNTHESIS, CHARACTERIZATION AND STUDY THE ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF FE3O4 NANOPARTICLES ON E. COLI AND CYTOTOXICITY ON HUVECS
ABSTRACT : In this study, some Fe3O4 spinel nanocomposites were prepared by chemical co-precipitation method and diagnosed using FT-IR, X-ray diffraction, X-ray diffraction, EDX spectroscopy and SEM scanning electron microscope. The FTIR spectroscopy of Fe3O4 showed the appearance of two broad bands at the frequency of 565, 476 cm-1. The X-ray diffraction results showed that the average particle size was 38.19 nm. The average particle size in the scanning electron microscope was 95.98 nm. The inhibition of the prepared Fe3O4 compounds was studied on Escherichia coli bacteria isolated from the waters of the El Mouradia River. On the liquid 's surface, the molecules have fewer neighbors in comparison with the bulk volume. As a result, the energy interaction shows itself in the surface tension. Traditionally, the surface tension can be assumed as a force in the unit of the length which can be counted by the unit of Newton on squared meter, or energy on the units of the surface. The surface tension, implies the interface between liquid and vapor, which is an example of the surface tensions.
