Peran Kampus dalam Digitalisasi BUMDes
Desa merupakan struktur terkecil pemerintah yang berada di Indonesia. Organisasi ini memiliki hubungan paling dekat dengan kehidupan masyarakat. Selama ini, pemerintah telah manjadikan desa sebagai poros utama dalam pembangunan. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan dana desa guna meningkatkan pelayanan, mengentaskan kemiskinan, memajukan perekonomian, memperkuat partisipasi, dan mengatasi kesenjangan pembangunan antardesa. Salah satu penerima manfaat dana tersebut adalah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Namun upaya meningkatkan potensi desa terkendala dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19. Buku ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses peningkatan skala usaha dan daya saing BUMDes. Penulis memaparkan pemetaan potensi dan mencari peluang, digitalisasi bisnis, menyusun profil dan katalog, serta membangun community development dengan pendekatan public relations. Penulisan menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Comunity Driven Development (ABCD) di mana fokus pada upaya pendampingan dan pengembangan potensi yang telah dimiliki desa. Penulis berharap buku ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada para pembaca khususnya bagi pemerhati pengembangan desa.
