Alina Ivanova liefert eine fundierte, anhand empirischer Beispiele illustrierte Systematisierung pädagogischer Wissensbestände über migrationsbedingte Diversität und Differenz. Dabei werden verschiedene Ansätze interkultureller Bildung aus dominanzkritischer Perspektive analysiert, die jeweiligen Chancen und Risiken erläutert und Konsequenzen für die Theorie und Praxis zeitgemäßer Lehrkräftebildung formuliert.
Interkulturalität - Biographie - Musikunterricht
Was verstehen Musiklehrkräfte unter Interkulturalität? Welche Rolle spielen dabei biographische Erfahrungen? Und wie prägt beides ihr unterrichtliches Handeln? Diesen Fragen nähert sich die Dissertation auf Grundlage von biographisch-narrativen Interviews mit Musiklehrkräften. Dabei werden zum einen diskursive Normen identifiziert, zum anderen wird untersucht, in welcher Relation diese zur Alltagspraxis stehen und wie sie in unterrichtliches Handeln übersetzt werden. Übergeordnet wurde eine dominante Orientierung an einem normativen Musikbegriff und an einem ethnisch-holistischen Kulturverständnis rekonstruiert. Die Ergebnisse legen nahe, dass die Musiklehrkräfte einem komplexen Netz von Macht und Wissen in Bezug auf Interkulturalität und Musikunterricht unterworfen und gleichzeitig an dessen Herstellung und Aufrechterhaltung beteiligt sind. Deshalb werden die biographischen Selbstkonstruktionen der Musiklehrkräfte in dieser Arbeit schließlich als Hervorbringungen eines Interkulturalitätsdispositivs diskutiert.
Mit Sprache Grenzen überwinden
Die Migrations- und Fluchtbewegungen der letzten Jahre haben die Rahmenbedingungen professionellen Handelns in Schulen sowie in Institutionen der Erwachsenenbildung maßgeblich verändert. Sie haben u.a. die Frage aufgeworfen, wie Modelle sprachlicher Förderung und Bildung konzipiert sein sollten, um einen möglichst nahtlosen Übergang neu zugewanderter Schülerinnen und Schüler in das Regelschulsystem zu ermöglichen.
