From the author: This collection was gathered out of my personal need to communicate with the Lord. By creating banners and writing corresponding mediations, I reaffirm my beliefs and I am strengthened. Two themes sound out loud and clear to me from praying to Our Father as I have created this book; simply, GOD IS DEFINITELY LOVE and HE DOES HAVE A UNIQUE PURPOSE FOR EACH ONE OF US. It is my hope that you know Him personally. I wish for you a growing faith! By mediating on a banner design, we can focus on listening to Our Father. Ordinary Christian symbolism is used to draw the spectator into communion with God. He has so much to say to each one of us. Christian banners are but one of the many, many ways He tries to get our attention. My creative gifts help lead me along my journey in life. For me, art and faith go hand-in-hand. Everything beautiful and of lasting value comes from God. My husband and I reside in Ruston, Louisiana, where we are members of The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.
