The Misunderstood

From the Garden of Eden, where blaming games originated and through that, our God has been misunderstood. This is the main theme of this book, that we see how God is viewed as the originator of our problems. In reality, He is there to protect and save us from all unrighteousness. The problem we have is that we do not exercise the patience to wait on God’s timing on whatever circumstances that we are challenged with. Therefore, we then apply human reasoning to our circumstances instead of viewing things in God’s perspective. To borrow my spiritual father Charles Stanley’s saying, we should obey God and leave all consequences to Him. If we learn to trust God and obey Him, even if it doesn’t seem favorable to our human reasoning, we are positioned to be successful. I have a strong confidence in the Lord that this book will open the eyes of people to see that God is a loving Father to all.

The Resurrection Life

Around Easter, we often focus on the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. But once the day passes, we go back to 'life as usual'. The disciples tried to do the same, but they were interrupted by Jesus. This book seeks to recreate that period of divine interruption. It's an overlooked part of the Story, really... the 40 days between Jesus' resurrection and His ascension back to heaven. It's a footnote most of us read without a second thought, but during this time Jesus used the Scriptures to further reveal his identity, his coming kingdom and humanity's place in it.What would happen if you took 40 consecutive days to focus on Jesus and his teachings? How would your life change? Read this devotional and find out.(This book is the sequal to RESURRECTION: The BIG Picture of God's Purpose and Your Destiny.)

God Is a Strong Shelter

God Is a Strong Shelter: Weathering the Storms through Reading Psalms brings faith to the center stage for believers. It is a spiritual roadmap and guide that reflects the Bible for the ultimate answer and a practical, biblical, and theological resource for the church to take a deep dive into the Psalms. The primary focus is to carefully examine the psalms for hope and protection in a world of persuasive tactics of scheming. Believers are encouraged to trust God by reading what I call the Great Affirmation of faith in Ps 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." This book tells how the psalmists communicated to God amid personal encounters with enemies during turbulences of life.

A Biblical Theology of Christian Discipleship

A Biblical Theology of Christian Discipleship is a spiritual resource that examines the biblical and theological doctrines to do ministry amid challenges and oppositions. The role of the church is to persuade individuals to establish a philosophy of authentic discipleship. This book challenges the church to walk humbly before God as genuine disciples. The primary focus is to carefully follow Christ’s mandate of the Great Commission in Matthew 28:18-20, “Go and make disciples.” More importantly, the book describes how the church can effectively use different methods and principles to better prepare believers for Christ.
