A Igualdade na Arbitragem
Passadas mais de duas décadas desde que promulgada a Lei de Arbitragem, não há dúvidas que a arbitragem se consagrou como um dos métodos preferidos de resolução de disputas. Superados os entraves iniciais, em razão dos esforços da comunidade acadêmica e do reconhecimento da legitimidade da arbitragem pelo judiciário, entramos em uma nova fase na qual o incentivo à utilização do instituto depende de sua capacidade de trazer soluções às dificuldades identificadas pelos agentes deste mercado. The Austrian Academy of Sciences
The building intended to house the University of Vienna was built in 1753/1755 according to a plan drawn up by Jean Nicolas Jadot, an architect from Lothringen.
