Who does not know the phrase "Have some madeira, m'dear"? Madeira is one of the world's greatest wines, with a fascinating history few others can equal. Capable of evolution over decades and with seemingly indefinite longevity, precious centenarian bottles are sought by wine connoisseurs world wide, but to the ordinary wine lover more commercial wines offer a wide range of delicious and varied drinking. Once dismissed as a cooking wine, discriminating drinkers enjoy it on its own and, increasingly, as an accompaniment to food. Image Analysis and Recognition
This two-volume set LNCS 12131 and LNCS 12132 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Image Analysis and Recognition, ICIAR 2020, held in Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal, in June 2020. The 54 full papers presented together with 15 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 123 submissions. The papers are organized in the following topical sections: image processing and analysis; video analysis; computer vision; 3D computer vision; machine learning; medical image and analysis; analysis of histopathology images; diagnosis and screening of ophthalmic diseases; and grand challenge on automatic lung cancer patient management. Due to the corona pandemic, ICIAR 2020 was held virtually only.

The Transformative Potential of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Global Cocoa-Chocolate Chain
This book engages with the implications of an expanding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Transnational Corporations in their supply chains. Taking the case of a cocoa sustainability certification project in Ghana, the study examines the implementation process of such a transnational CSR intervention and its outcomes regarding the local governance and institutional environment of the cocoa sector in Ghana. The study deploys a theoretical framework based on Global Value Chain Analysis and a neo-Gramscian approach to Global Governance to assess transnational CSR as a concept and strategy that reflect power struggles in global production fields.

It is a detailed reference to world leaders, monarchs, presidents and their equivalents, executive leaders plus other positions with authority vested in them; heads of ruling communist parties, military junta heads and some leaders with no formal post, but who wield supreme authority. This text is a reference to leaders, past and present, of the countries of the world. The second edition updates the first and includes the far reaching political changes which have taken place in Eastern Europe and the emergence of new states. The scope of the book has been broadened to include more international organisations, more regional government leaders, more governments in exile and colonial governors of the twentieth century.
