This book is a practical little guide that should be required reading for every student in the helping profession whether it be counseling, psychology, social work, nursing, etc. It is relavent in the times in which we live because this world is so full of hardship and heartache, nevertheless we have an awesome God who always has been, always is and always will be our hope when there seems to be little to none. This little handbook is a wonderful resource tool for the counseling office as it has a treatment goal diagram for therapy and poems about hardship and hope through God, which can be utilized as therapy tools. The poems can be copied and given to or simply read to clients. This is one little book that would not just sit on your shelf. It would be used time and time again!
Peter Imel (1764-1849) was born in Hesse-Kassel, Germany. His son, Thomas, was born ca. 1795 in Virginia and died in Kentucky. John Isaac Moler(1809-1859) died in Kentucky. Anna Mladek (1839-1913) married Jan Krejci and lived in Chlum, Czechoslovakia. Descendants of the various families lived in Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Washington, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Czechoslovakia and elsewhere.
