Text analytics (TA) covers a very wide research area. Its overarching goal is to discover and present knowledge — facts, rules, and relationships — that is otherwise hidden in the textual content. The authors of this book guide us in a quest to attain this knowledge automatically, by applying various machine learning techniques.This book describes recent development in multilingual text analysis. Martí de Viciana: Libro segundo de la crónica de la ínclita y coronada ciudad de Valencia y de su reino
Els volums que integren aquesta crònica ens han pervingut malgrat els entrebancs i els dificultats històriques. Dels quatre llibres que conformen l'obra, tan sols n'hi romanen tres, ja que el Libro primero, dedicat suposadament a la ciutat de València, només és conegut a través de les nombroses al·lusions incloses per Viciana als altres llibres cronístics. En canvi, es conserven nombroses còpies manuscrites del Libro segundo dedicat a la noblesa, malgrat ser el llibre més perseguit de la producció vicianesca. Es tracta d'una història dels llinatges aristocràtics valencians que ben aviat va suscitar l'interès d'historiadors i bibliòfils per la raresa dels exemplars, la dificultat de reunir l'obra íntegra i els entrebancs que s'interposaren entre la ferma voluntat de publicació de l'autor i la nosa que produí entre la noblesa del País Valencià.
