O objetivo do presente trabalho é estudar os servidores públicos efetivos em uma situação que se torna a cada dia mais comum, o acúmulo de cargos, que afeta a situação do próprio servidor e tem a finalidade de beneficiar os administrados, pois, tende a centrar o objetivo do servidor como sua função. Todavia, por vezes, um servidor pode ser exonerado por ato revestido de ilegalidade e com isso há premente necessidade de correção pelo judiciário com consequente reintegração e pagamento dos valores a que teria direito o servidor se não tivesse sido exonerado, mas como é fato, o judiciário é moroso e o indivíduo não tem condições de ficar desempregado durante todo o período do processo. Caso venha a prestar serviços junto a Administração nesse período, por meio de outro concurso público, ou mesmo por conta de um cargo de confiança, pode ter seu direito prejudicado e aí surge a dúvida se há acúmulo de cargos neste período, se a finalidade da sentença é fazer voltar o tempo perdido, ou indenizar o servidor pelo tempo perdido. Logo, este trabalho pretende encontrar o tratamento para o assunto de acordo com o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro.

Sex Differences in Cancer Incidence, Mortality, and Survival: Methodological Perspectives
Population-based cancer registries across the world represent an important source of information on cancer incidence; these are used for many purposes, including a region-wise comparison of trends for different types of cancers and for generating hypotheses. Among the available statistics for studying cancer trends, the most valuable data is of ‘incidence rate’ that comes from recording every case of cancer in a defined geography in a specified time. But there is a downside in relying on published incidence rates from cancer registries. Namely, the published rates are not only determined by the real underlying cancer incidence rates, but also on such regional phenomena as access to diagnostic services/practices in the medical communities, quality and completeness of reporting of cancer diagnoses to the local cancer registries, quality of the cancer registry itself, and data management systems. These methodological aspects can vary from country to country and can even vary within countries.
