Oni manu masengereng adalah ungkapan yang begitu melagenda di tengah-tengah masyarakat Bugis, yang mana menunjukkan bila dalam tradisi kehidupan orang Bugis amat atensif terhadap jenis hewan berkaki dua berbulu halus tersebut.
