Sie galt als "die wichtigste Kunstkritikerin des Jahres 2014“ (Spike), doch schon im Jahr darauf war Schluss: Genervt von der reibungslosen Betriebsamkeit mit der "die Ödnis der Gegenwartskunst“ verwaltet wurde, wandte Annika Bender sich von der Kunstwelt ab und erklärte ihren Tod als Kritikerin. Die dazugehörige Abschiedsrede in der Kunsthalle Bern brach mit der Illusion, diese Betriebsamkeit mit den Mitteln anonymisierter Kunstkritik ernsthaft zu stören. Denn auch das war Annika Bender: ein Pseudonym. Nun haben es die beiden Künstler, die sich dahinter versteckten, weitergereicht und die Identität der Kritikerin multipliziert. Am 7. September 2021 stieg Annika Bender im Hamburger Kunstverein für einen Epilog aus dem Grab - und erklärte, warum der Tod nichts besser macht und die Kunstwelt trotzdem nicht zu leben lohnt.

Der Sonntag ist für die christliche Kirche der zentrale Versammlungstag, an dem die Gemeinde zusammenkommt und Gottesdienst feiert. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass dieser darüber hinaus auch für das Zusammenleben in Gesellschaft Bedeutung hat. Gleichzeitig wirken sich Entwicklungen in der Gesellschaft auf den Sonntagsgottesdienst aus. Es stellt sich die Frage, welche Gestalt sonntägliche Liturgie unter diesen Voraussetzungen annehmen und wie sie neu Bedeutung für die Kirche und den Einzelnen gewinnen kann. In Zeiten pastoraler Veränderungen lohnt die Frage nach der tatsächlichen Umsetzung dieses Anspruchs. Wie und in welcher Form findet die Feier des Sonntags Einzug in Überlegungen zur pastoralen Neustrukturierung? Welcher Stellenwert sollte dem Sonntag eigentlich zuteilwerden? Diese Studie nimmt ausgehend von aktuellen Pastoralprozessen die Feier des Sonntags aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven in den Blick und gibt Anstöße, den ersten Tag der Woche stärker zu fokussieren.
Kirchliches Begräbnis trotz Euthanasie?
Die bewusste Herbeiführung des Todes im Kontext von schwerer Krankheit steht vielerorts im Mittelpunkt medizinischer, ethischer und politischer Debatten.
