O Código do Procedimento Administrativo de 2015 introduziu profundas alterações no Código anterior, de 1991-96. Os autores do presente livro fizeram parte da Comissão que elaborou o Projeto de revisão de 2015 e neste livro dão a conhecer aos leitores as razões e o conteúdo das inovações que foram introduzidas nessa revisão. O livro incluiu, portanto, comentários a todos os artigos modificados ou introduzidos como novos. Nesta 2a edição foram levadas em conta também as alterações trazidas ao Código posteriormente à revisão de 2015. Esta nova edição, para além de ter sido revista pelos seus autores, encontra-se, pois, perfeitamente atualizada.
