Peter Friesen was born in Mennonite Russia in 1828. He married Maria Rempel and they had 14 children. They immigrated to Canada about 1875 and settled in Manitoba with other Mennonites. Information on their lives, ancestry, siblings and descendants is given in this volume. Descendants now live in Manitoba, Alberta, and elsewhere in Canada and the United States.
