This two-volume set (LNAI 11683 and LNAI 11684) constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th International Conference on Computational Collective Intelligence, ICCCI 2019, held in Hendaye France, in September 2019.The 117 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 200 submissions. This book constitutes revised selected and extended papers presented at track 4 of the Conference on Computer Science and Intelligence Systems, FedCSIS 2022, which took place in Sofia, Bulgaria, during September 4–7, 2022. The FedCSIS Information Systems and Technologies Track included AIST 2022, ISM 2022, DSH 2022, and KAM 2022. AIST 2022 received 11 submissions, from which 2 full papers and 1 short paper have been accepted; for ISM 2022 2 full and 3 short papers have been accepted from 15 submissions; and for DSH 2022 2 full and 1 short papers have been accepted from 11 submissions. From the 17 submissions to KAM 2022, no paper passed the extended reviews, so the overall acceptance rate was 20% for full and 18% for short papers. The papers were organized in topical sections named: Approaches to improving business; approaches to improving society; and methods for improving business and society.

Autopoietic systems show a remarkable property in the way they interact with their environment: on the one hand building blocks and energy (including information) are exchanged with the environment, which characterizes them as open systems; on the other hand, any functional mechanisms—the way the system processes, incorporates building blocks, and responds to information—are totally self-determined and cannot be controlled by interventions from the environment.
