Psikologi dapat membantu bidang militer untuk mengetahui kemampuan tentara yang dibutuhkan dan bagaimana keterampilan tersebut dapat dipelajari. Terdapat beberapa topik yang dibahas dalam buku ini: - Penerapan psikologi di dunia militer seperti psikologi perkembangan, psikologi klinis, psikologi industri dan psikologi pendidikan; - Gagasan-gagasan dalam pengembangan manusia untuk menjaga keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia; - Hasil analisa mengenai fenomena-fenomena yang ada di masyarakat seperti konflik Papua, peran orang tua untuk perkembangan anak, hingga isu-isu di masyarakat.

Editor sebagai dosen pengampu mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia termotivasi memublikasi karya mahasiswa agar menjadi spirit bagi mereka untuk terus berkarya.
