Dubourg writes about his plays “Greencloth” and “Angelica,” the latter about painter Angelica Kauffmann, published in 1892 and dedicated by Dubourg to the painter Louise Jopling. Dubourg suggests the actress Mrs. Patrick Campbell as being well suited to the lead female character in both plays. He mentions Johnston Forbes-Robertson as a potential male lead in "Angelica" and Miss (Ellen) Terry as Angelica. He also mentions Henry Irving’s illness. With annotations by the recipient.
