Posner, Wojciech Sadurski, Marxism, or Feminist Theories. In the second part of the work, María José Falcón y Tella deals with some of the principal themes relating to justice, such as punishment, civil disobedience, conscientious objection, just war, conflict of duties, and tolerance.

A Companion to Early Modern Spanish Imperial Political and Social Thought
This Companion aims to give an up-to-date overview of the historical context and the conceptual framework of Spanish imperial expansion during the early modern period, mostly during the 16th century.
