Growing up, these two teams are what defined hockey for me and the team was not simply a city or a sweater or a jersey, it was the players. As Mr. Francis himself told me, "Every time we played it was a war. That was the greatest rivalry I've ever seen." I wrote this book for the fans of both teams, hoping that it would bring back some great memories from a time when the game was a lot different than it is today.
