This 17th PLEA international conference addresses sustainable design with respect to architecture, city and environment at the turn of the millennium. The central aim of the conference is to explore the interrelationships and integration of architecture, city and environment. The Proceedings will be of interest to all those involved in bioclimatic design and the application of natural and innovative techniques to architecture and planning.
