This publication consists of 49 papers selected among the 160 presentations given at the 10th meeting of the European Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery in September 1992 in Stockholm. The papers have been selected on basis of novelty, originality and scientific technique and application, radiosurgery, pain and epilepsy. Some of the papers are given by invited experts in the field. Clinical, technical and theoretical aspects are dealt with.
