Daft mendefinisikan strategi secara eksplisit, yaitu rencana tindakan yang menjelaskan alokasi sumber daya dan berbagai aktivitas untuk menghadapi lingkungan, memperoleh keunggulan kompetitif dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan.
