Writer’s Block

We are Writer’s Block. Originally we are just friends on facebook.com; we came together through that medium and began writing and sharing poetry with one another for fun and enjoyment. We come together and share our work and creativity with one another; to socialize and to communicate who we are. We want to keep the creative spirit alive whether we are performers or humble everyday people. We believe that everyone needs a place to express the art that is inside of them. This volume is a testament to what we love. It is poetry from different people with different styles. This is the thank you to those who came to Writer’s Block and left. We give this to those who support our creativity, our family and friends and we want all of you to read, and enjoy. Humbly Yours Amen Sterling of Writer’s Block

Exotic Animal Field Guide

Exotic animals range in appearance from truly striking to seemingly ordinary, and they live in wildlife preserves, on farms, in parks, and even in the wilderness across the United States. In this book, Elizabeth Cary Mungall provides ample information for anyone, from park visitor and zoo goer to rancher and wildlife biologist, who wants to identify and learn more about exotic wildlife in the United States. Richard D. Estes, author of The Safari Companion, says that "for everyone interested in exotic hoofed stock, Exotic Animal Field Guide is a well-written and beautifully illustrated book that fills a vacant niche." Indeed, the main portion of the book contains fully illustrated species acc...

Israel Undercover

Israel Undercover focuses on the execution of paramilitary counterterrorist operations against Palestinian guerrillas and the behind-the-scenes negotiations carried out among Arab statesmen, Israeli leaders, and American officials. Intelligence agencies like the CIA and the KGB are often viewed as tools for carrying out "dirty tricks," covert operations that lead to government coups, illegal bombings, political killings, and "Iranscam." In the Middle East, undercover operatives are frequently called upon to serve a dual purpose: to wage clandestine warfare behind enemy lines and to help public officials carry out secret diplomatic moves that would be impossible if carried out under t...

The Israeli Institute for Intelligence and Special Services, the Mossad, is pobably the best known of the world's intelligence services, one of the most sespected and, certainly, one of the most intriguing. However, despite its fame, the available literature, other than Hebrew, is limited and scattered amongst a variety of subject areas because the tentacles of the Mossad are similarly varied. The aim of this volume is to document the range of English language material available on «f Mossad from its pre-official origins in Europe during the Second World War to e present period of the Middle East peace process. The organization had its origins in the aftermath of the Holocaust, being the ag...
