Schimbarile radicale in plan politic si economico-social din Romania au generat si ample modificari ale sistemului juridic iar cercetarea fenomenului juridic a impus reconsiderarea fundamentelor conceptuale in functie de datele furnizate de stiintele juridice de ramura si de stiintele juridice istorice. Teoria dreptului, abordand regularitatile fenomenului juridic in complexitatea sa, nu poate ignora analiza structurala a acestui fenomen, modalitatile sale de exprimare particulara, care se regasesc apoi in constructiile pe care le realizeaza.
The Spectacle of the Body in Late Medieval England
The volume The Spectacle of the Body in Late Medieval England represents a study on the human body representation in medieval England by approaching the concept of the spectacle as a space of manifestation. The author clarifies the ways of understanding the body as a physical and metaphorical reality, but also the medieval conceptualization of violence.
