INVISIBILIZADAS A subformalização dos crimes sem violência física e o papel do estado no tratamento da violência doméstica e familiar contra a mulher
A violência simbólica exercida sobre as mulheres alimenta e invisibiliza outras violências, especialmente aquelas cometidas sem agressão física, impactando a formalização das denúncias perante os órgãos oficiais brasileiros, que ainda acontecem em números insuficientes e irreais, pois há uma desproporcionalidade entre o elevado número de notificações e o baixo índice quanto à formalização desses crimes. Diante dessa constatação, é necessário entender quais as razões que levam a essa subformalização e como o Estado, em seu papel preventivo, protetivo e restaurador, pode atuar para sanar essa problemática e tornar mais efetivo o acesso e a garantia de direitos às mulheres em situação de violência. A ideia é fortalecer a política de tratamento não apenas em âmbito penal, mas também cível e assistencial, a fim de construir uma sociedade mais consciente e, consequentemente, menos violenta, oferecendo à mulher e a todas aquelas que assim se identificarem um lugar de segurança e acolhimento.
