Abbiamo intrapreso e percorso in questi lunghi anni la strada dell'accrescimento di consapevolezza, di conoscenze specifiche e di speciali competenze, senza le quali sarebbe velleitaria ogni sollecitazione a innovare il lavoro di committenti. Lo scopo è quello di tracciare una strada possibile per far sì che l'esigenza di una casa, o la richiesta di una struttura pastorale o il sogno di una chiesa trovino le migliori risposte possibili, grazie ad una committenza responsabile. Punto di riferimento continuo del volume è il project manager, il responsabile del procedimento, senza cui è oggi davvero arduo gestire il processo edilizio in modo efficace e corretto.
