Desafios da Justiça Restaurativa na Violência Doméstica
Nesta obra, a autora demonstra se a Justiça Restaurativa é adequada à resolução de conflitos familiares originários de violência doméstica. A violência, analisada sob seus aspectos sociológicos e psicológicos, permite constatar duas consequências decorrentes dela: o trauma e a vergonha. Todos esses temas profundamente considerados são apreciados sob marcos normativos pertinentes, a fim de verificar a adequação da Justiça Restaurativa também sob o plano prático, na medida em que a pesquisa empírica analisa as experiências brasileiras principalmente em Minas Gerais. Por fim, são apresentados de forma descritiva os limites e as possibilidades de atuação da Justiça Restaurativa em casos relacionados à violência doméstica, com a formulação de propostas para seu aprimoramento.
