Developmental and Clinical Pragmatics
This handbook provides a comprehensive and up-to-date survey of a wide range of developmental and clinical issues in pragmatics. Principally, the contributions to this volume deal with pragmatic competence in a native language, in a second or foreign language, and in a selection of language disorders. Viele glauben zu wissen, dass die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ein vorbildlicher Rechtsstaat ist. Einige haben ernste Zweifel daran. Der ehemalige Richter am Oberlandesgericht Köln Dr. Egon Schneider schrieb: "Ein Rechtsstaat, wie er den Verfassern des Grundgesetzes vorgeschwebt hat, den haben wir nicht, und wir entfernen uns ständig weiter von diesem Ideal." Der Autor dieses Buches, selbst Volljurist, hat sich auf die Suche nach dem Rechtsstaat begeben und hat ihn nicht gefunden. Die Frage, ob der Wille der Mütter und Väter des Grundgesetzes in der Gerichtspraxis verwirklicht ist, beantwortet er mit einem klaren Nein. Nach seiner Auffassung hat die Gerichtsbarkeit den vielleicht nie vollendeten Rechtsstaat über einen Richterstaat hin zu einer Richterdiktatur deformiert.
