Clorofilometria por imagem digital para adubação da cultura do milho
Quando procuramos compreender com maior profundidade um processo qualquer, usamos como métodos a especialização, a compartimentação, a divisão. Porém não podemos nos esquecer de fazer o caminho de volta. Resultados positivos são obtidos da interdisciplinaridade, da visão do todo. Assim, o livro Clorofilometria por imagem digital para adubação da cultura do milho é oriundo de pesquisas realizadas em diversas áreas do conhecimento, como Computação, Agronomia, Química e Estatística. Um método alternativo de clorofilometria por imagem digital para o milho é apresentado. Imagens das plantas, em diferentes níveis de nutrição, são analisadas por algoritmos de forma a se determinar os valores para vermelho, verde e azul, no sistema RGB. Os dados obtidos são comparados com os métodos de SPAD (Soil Plant Analysis Development) e de espectrofotometria, para, então, estimar o teor de clorofila total a partir dos valores obtidos para verde e azul no sistema RGB, demonstrando o funcionamento e a eficiência do emprego desse novo método de determinação da necessidade de adubação nitrogenada em cultivos agrícolas.
