Sometimes God gives me ideas when I am in my bed. That's when He gave me the idea for this book. I wanted to write a book that would teach children that a developing baby in the womb is not just a piece of tissue but a human—created and formed in God's image. I wanted children to know that they were created special, even in their mother's womb (see Psalm 139:13b). The names Dayspring and Harah (pronounced haw-raw´) are both from the Bible.
