My book is for all and especially for those who feel down and out. For those that need their spirit lifted. I write for those who feel there's no more hope, feel left out, who feel all alone by themselves, for those that can't rest at night from the lack of peace. I write what God gives me to say, praying that my words, my spoken word gospel poetry will help save lost souls. And bring smiles to those that are blessed to read what God has given me to share with them. It's about time, it's time to give our lives to Jesus. Because tomorrow is not promised to anyone. We must quit putting Jesus off because time can run out before we know it. I've been searching for Jesus, can anyone tell where I can find him? I'm trapped. I just want to let people know about a friend of mine that can bring love, joy, peace, and happiness to all. May God continue to be a beacon of light that will forever shine and show you the way.
Healing of the Soul Ministry (HOSM) is a groundbreaking opportunity for people to receive emotional, mental, and spiritual healing from soul wounds and trauma. Along with it is Healing of the Soul Ministry for African Americans (HOSM4AA), a racial healing tool designed to help African Americans heal from soul wounds and trauma received as a result of racism in America. HOSM and HOSM4AA empowers people to receive and walk out the freedom that comes through applying the Word of God and principles of the Christian Bible in unique, personal, and intimate prayer counseling sessions. Issues such as generational sins, patterns, and behaviors, ungodly soul connections, destructive words spoken, relationship issues, and much more are tackled in the HOSM prayer ministry sessions. People are further empowered to pursue and fulfill the purpose that God has for their lives with clarity and authentically! This book serves as a personal manual to assist those in training to become HOSM Certified Ministers and to help anyone who desires to help themselves or others engage in the process of soul healing!
While working for the Salina Journal I made a lot of feature pictures which I had done in high school. Reporting to work each morning, I would see what they wanted me to do. The two editors in charge would say, We dont have anything going onso go out and beat the bushes. I had roughly two hours to drive around and photograph, come back and develop the film, and give to the editors to see what they wanted. I then had to print the image and engrave it. Their comments were always the samenothing going ongo beat the bushes. I learned quickly how to find something to fill the hole on the front page without saying I could not find anything. I had to fulfill my military obligation. Over a Christmas...

Harnessing the Bohemian takes a fresh and interdisciplinary perspective on the intractable problem of shrinking populations and resources in remote/rural communities. It challenges the conventional wisdom of community development theories and practices and envisages more central roles for the creative disciplines in revitalising futures planning. It argues that the evolution of technologies, the emergence of creative economies, the increasing demand for creative products, and the emergence of new creative talent are continually changing community expectations and opportunities. Consequentially, fresh arguments and new ideas must be developed to stimulate more creative and innovative approaches to community development. Recognising that creativity and innovation exist across all community sectors, this book proposes practical new approaches that harness the creative capital of all community stakeholders.
Conflict is both a timely and a timeless challenge in schools, stymying school reform initiatives and elevating administrators’ job stress. If “school is a family,” as many claim, it is often a dysfunctional one. Relationships between and among staff, parents, community and school boards may be destructively divisive, or alternatively, schools may avoid addressing controversial issues like inequity, fearful of tensions that would be unleashed. From Conflict to Collaboration: A School Leader’s Guide to Unleashing Conflict’s Problem Solving Power offers a novel perspective. Rather than impeding school reform, school leaders may harness conflict to spark organizational vitality and gr...
