Implementasi Terapi Non Farmakologi dengan Masalah Post Operasi Appendektomi
Appendektomi merupakan pengobatan melalui prosedur tindakan operasi yang hanya dilakukan untuk penyakit apendisitis atau penyingkiran/pengangkatan usus buntu yang terinfeksi. Nyeri post operasi kemungkinan disebabkan oleh luka bekas operasi tetapi kemungkinan sebab lain harus dipertimbangkan. Penyembuhan luka pasca operasi akan berjalan dengan normal tanpa meninggalkan parutan ataupun bekas jaringan operasi apabila disertai dengan penyembuhan yang normal. Buku ini membahas tentang terapi non farmakologi pada pasien post appendektomi. Dalam buku ini diuraikan intervensi non farmakologi seperti terapi relaksasi nafas dalam, terapi murottal Al-Qur’an, dan terapi relaksasi genggam jari. Diharapkan perawatan pasien apendisitis dengan tindakan pembedahan appendektomi akan menjadi lebih baik dan berkualitas serta dapat menerapkan terapi-terapi non farmakologi dalam menangani masalah keperawatan pada pasien post appendektomi juga pada pasien post operasi lainnya.
