Esta obra corresponde a la segunda parte del Informe de Investigación 2021-2022 del Grupo de Investigación en Derechos Colectivos y Ambientales (GIDCA), cuya parte general se publicó en el libro Crisis Ambiental, negación de derechos y estallido social. Como ha sido costumbre en nuestros procesos investigativos, los estudios de caso permiten contrastar los desarrollos teóricos formulados en la primera parte de nuestra investigación, con evaluaciones de aplicación o no del estándar ambiental constitucional, precisando retrocesos y algunos avances en la protección de derechos ambientales, aspecto que este período nos mostró con mayor claridad cómo las crisis y problemas afectaron de manera más profunda y diferenciada a pueblos, comunidades y sociedades marginalizadas en campos y ciudades.
