She is convinced that everything that has happened is related to the online game "The End of the Internet" and will not stop until she enters the sect and discovers all the details of how it works. Will she manage to see Javier again and find the real culprits or will she also fall into the network of the organization? "The Big Family" is a fantastic novel with a touch of a crime novel, which in each unexpected twist will manage to confuse the reader.

The problems for humanity and for Javier haveonly begun. The author shows in his pages the dominion ofsuspense. In "The end of the Internet" Nothing is what itseems. The unexpected turns leave the reader with hismouth open. Sci-fi with touches of black novel to enjoy.

O vício pela internet pode acabar com o mundo. Tudo está relacionado com a existência do que chamam "O elixir da felicidade", que não é mais que um vício pela internet que se produz quando os indivíduos se conectam à rede enquanto usam óculos especiais. Com eles, conseguem um efeito que os faz se sentir felizes, mas que os converte em viciados. A tentativa de solucionar essa situação com um vírus informático que separe essas pessoas da rede, por parte dos governos, não só não ajuda, senão que complica a situação. Os problemas para a humanidade e para o Javier estão apenas começando. O autor demonstra em suas páginas o domínio do suspense. Em "O fim da internet" nada é o que parece. As viradas inesperadas deixam o leitor com a boca aberta. Ficção científica com toques de romance negro para desfrutar.

Book of Abstracts. Workshop on Simulation and Optimization for Sustainable Engineering
The Workshop on Simulation and Optimization for Sustainable Engineering is held in Santander (September 28th-29th) on the occasion of the visit of Prof. Ignacio Grossmann to the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering of the Universidad de Cantabria in the framework of the Fulbright U.S. Specialist Program. This workshop is organized in collaboration with AQUIQÁN, the Association of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Cantabria, with the aims of serving both as a forum of discussion of the recent advances in the topic and a meeting point of the closest collaborators of Prof. Grossmann in Spain over the last years. Overall, 30 researchers will take part in this event coming from several universities (Alicante, Cantabria, Rovira i Virgili, Salamanca, Sevilla, and Valladolid) and the IMDEA Materials Institute. The program includes a plenary lecture imparted by Prof. Grossmann, one keynote presentation representative of each institution and around 15 oral presentations from young researchers.

La tentative de solutionner cette situation avec un virus informatique pour éloigner ces personnes du réseau de la part des gouvernements non seulement n'aide pas, mais encore complique la situation. Les problèmes pour l'humanité et pour Javier ne font que commencer. L'auteur démontre dans ces pages la maîtrise du suspense. Dans "La fin de l'internet" les apparences sont trompeuses. Les retournements de situation laissent le lecteur bouche bée. Science fiction avec des touches de roman noir à apprécier.

Per molti ormai era tardi, si erano trasformati in vegetali che vivevano per Internet e non c'era una cura, la reazione dei governi era arrivata tardi. Queste persone morirono quasi di colpo.
