Pedro Nel Gómez, escultor
The largest work to-date on the sculpture of Nel Gómez (b. Colombia, 1899-1984). Relatively little documentation has been devoted to his sculpture of modernist who pioneered muralism in Colombia also directed the Fine Arts Academy in Medellín and was responsible for teaching and mentoring some of Colombia's great contemporary artists including Debóra Arango and Velez.
