Die Wirklichkeit der Teleheimarbeit
Der vorliegende Band ist seit der Corona-Pandemie aktueller denn je. Es handelt sich um die zweite Auflage des Bandes von 2005, der das Phänomen Heimarbeit und Homeoffice untersucht: Zu Hause am Computer arbeiten, via Internet verbunden mit der Zentrale, flexibel zwischen Beruf und Privatem wechseln: Teleheimarbeit dient in öffentlichen Diskursen als positives Sinnbild für den Wandel der Arbeit auf dem Weg in die Informationsgesellschaft. Kleemanns empirische Untersuchung nimmt informatisierte Heimarbeit differenziert unter die Lupe. Der Autor untersucht darüber hinaus, welche Auswirkungen räumlich distanziertes Arbeiten allgemein auf die Arbeits- und Alltagspraxis der Beschäftigten und den betrieblichen Sozialzusammenhang hat.
