Healthy at Work
This book aims at exploring the link between corporate and organizational culture, public and private policies, leadership and managerial skills or attitudes, and the successful implementation of work-related healthcare in Europe. Therefore it brings together a wide range of empirical and theoretical contributions from occupational health, management, psychology, medicine, economics, and (organizational) sociology to address the question of how to sustainably promote occupational health. Such important questions are explored as: What aspects of a corporate culture can be associated with health issues? How does leadership style affect the health of employees? How are health-related decisions in the workplace affected by the political environment? To what extent are interventions influenced by corporate culture, leadership and public policy? How can we make such interventions sustainable?

The three volume proceedings LNAI 11051 – 11053 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the European Conference on Machine Learning and Knowledge Discovery in Databases, ECML PKDD 2018, held in Dublin, Ireland, in September 2018. Christopher Winter: Archipelago of the Mind
British artist Christopher Winter (*1968) is a figurative painter, performance and installation artist. His work is influenced primarily by literature, film and politics. He has a particular interest in fairy tales, folk rituals and often questions the nature of our reality. Winter's paintings are mysterious yet also have a narrative element. This is the second monograph to be published on his painting by Kerber Verlag. It is aimed to compliment the preceding one and illuminate his previously unseen installation and performance work. The book is arranged in themed "Islands", works are not organised chronologically.
