台無人機飛向國際 俄烏戰爭及國防部的無人機採購，共同帶動軍用與商用無人機的發展。國防部於2022年公告將向民間廠商採購軍用商規無人機，除了要求產品不得採用中國供應的零組件，產品也需要通過由TTC制定的「無人機資安保障規範」。一時之間，「非紅供應鏈」與「資安」成為台灣無人機產業的兩大關鍵字，也為廠商帶來新的機會與挑戰。 台灣廠商無不把握這一波市場機會，加快無人機研發，透過導入人工智慧(AI)技術、開發自主飛行系統，同時快速跟上TTC的無人機資安認證，迅速回應市場需求。其中新創廠商透過國防部訂單扎穩無人機開發實力，並藉由國內練兵的經驗，布局全球無人機市場。 在無人機的防禦方面，軍用無人機的偵搜透過雷達、頻譜偵測、光學與聲學，精準辨識入侵的無人機。完成敵方無人機的偵查之後，系統的反制功能就能先透過訊號干擾避免無人機入侵。若是訊號干擾的防禦成效不足，就需要採用攔截器，直接攔截硬體設備。
