Pelayananan publik dengan teknologi informasi menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan pelayananan. Kehadiran teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat menjadikan pelayananan publik menjadi cepat, mudah, dan tepat. Hal ini belum terlaksana dengan maksimal, karena masih terkendala dengan rendahnya kualitas jaringan, keamanan sistem, kualitas pelayananan dan belum adanya service level agreement. Kehadiran buku ini diharapkan dapat menjawab permasalahan pelayanan publik. Buku ini membahas tentang bagaimana kualitas pelayananan, bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelayananan tersebut, serta bagaimana model pelayananan yang berkualitas. Berangkat dari hasil riset yang ketat, semoga buku ini dapat menjadi salah satu referensi penting dalam ranah pelayananan publik dengan teknologi informasi.

River Health and Ecology in South Asia
