Este trabalho busca investigar como a prova antecipada pode contribuir, na prática, para a eficiência do sistema de justiça no âmbito do processo civil brasileiro. A obra é destinada a advogados, defensores públicos, procuradores, promotores, juízes, conciliadores, mediadores, assessores, estudantes de direito e todos aqueles que se interessam pelo tema do acesso à justiça e se preocupam em encontrar soluções para a crise vivenciada no sistema judicial brasileiro decorrente do excesso de litigiosidade. Um sistema aperfeiçoado de prova antecipada pode evitar a judicialização, diminuir a quantidade de demandas ou tornar a solução dos conflitos mais rápida e, ao mesmo tempo, mais qualitativa? Como? O objetivo é encontrar respostas para essas perguntas, inspirar e provocar os leitores a uma nova forma de pensar e executar a atividade probatória, visando aprimorar a solução dos conflitos e o acesso à justiça no Brasil.
