A través de ensayos y artículos de un conjunto interdisciplinario de autores, este libro aborda temas como las repercusiones que los cambios educacionales y culturales han tenido en el plano de la conducta política; las particularidades de la experiencia de la escritura y la lectura digital; el vínculo entre la juventud y las nuevas tecnologías de la lectura; y la importancia de la literatura en la construcción de subjetividades. También, revisa los momentos más importantes de la historia del libro en Chile y los resultados de investigaciones recientes sobre la pequeña industria editorial y las preferencias de los lectores en nuestro país. Por último, propone algunas perspectivas teóricas y metodológicas para aproximarse al mundo del libro y la lectura. De esta manera, el análisis colectivo que construyen estos textos explora el lugar de los libros, la cultura escrita y la lectura en el horizonte de las transformaciones tecnológicas, políticas y culturales del último tiempo, ofreciendo miradas diversas e incluso contrapuestas sobre estos mismos temas.

Transitional Justice and Education
This volume addresses the role and importance of education for processes of transitional justice. In the aftermath of conflict and mass violence, education has been one of the tools with which societies have sought to achieve positive transformation. While education has the potential to trigger, maintain, and exacerbate conflict, it has also been designed to promote a deeper, more nuanced understanding of the past and to advance reconciliation, peacebuilding, and prevention. The original contributions in the book reflect on lessons learned from education policies of the past in post-conflict societies and seek innovative, sustainable, and context-sensitive grassroots approaches, designed to advocate critical thinking, values of inclusion and tolerance, and ultimately a culture of peace.

This is an extensive listing of almost everything published about the fourteenth century Spanish "Libro de buen amor" by Juan Ruiz, Archpriest of Hita. It is essentially the same as the online bibliography at http: //my-lba.com but it also contains a history of this project starting in the 1970's and a listing of other bibliographies on this work of literature.
