This book emphasizes the significance of affects, feelings and emotions in how we think about politics, gender and sexuality in Latin America. Considering the complex and even contradictory social processes that the region is experiencing today, many Latin American authors are turning to affect to find a key to understand our present situation, to revisit our history, and to imagine new possibilities for the future. Disputando relatos consensuales y denunciando sus codigos patriarcales y adultocentristas, este libro explora producciones culturales llevadas a cabo por la generacion de pibas que crecieron en los anos del golpe y articularon sus textos en la posdictadura argentina. Agitando las aguas y promoviendo el debate estetico y politico, como un caleidoscopio auditivo que se rehusa a proyectar un coro de voces armonicas, las narrativas de las pibas de la posdictadura cuentan ejercicios incesantes que propagan gritos corales de Memoria, Verdad y Justicia.
