2019 yılı Aralık ayında ülkemizden çok uzakta başlayan bir virüs salgınını önce haber olarak dinledik, uzakta olduğu için bize ulaşmayacağını düşündük ve aslında başlangıçta bu haberlerden pek de endişelenmedik. Dünyanın farklı yerlerinde daha önce de virüslere bağlı hastalıklar çıkmış ama bizlere kadar ulaşmamıştı. Ancak bu defa öyle olmadı. Covid-19 olarak isimlendirilen bu hastalık, dünya nüfusunun daha önce tanımadığı, yüksek bulaşıcılığı ile tehlikeli ve sürekli yayılıyor olması nedenleriyle Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından 11 Mart 2020 tarihinde “pandemi” ilan edildi. Hayatın temposu bir anda durma noktasına geldi ve hayatlar evlere sıkıştı. Tüm Dünyada ve Türkiye'de yeni bir yaşam formatı başladı.
