Los presupuestos de imputaci¢n en el delito imprudente son, desde el punto de vista objetivo, la creaci¢n de un riesgo no permitido y la evitabilidad de relazaci¢n del tipo, y subjetivamente, es necesario que el citado riesgo no sea conocido por el sujeto, quien no obstante ten¡a posibilidad de conocerlo, es decir, que el riesgo sea cognoscible, lo que constituye la previsibilidad subjetiva. De esta forma es posible hablar de un tipo subjetivo del delito imprudente o, al menos, de que el delito imprudente plantea problemas propios del tipo subjetivo del delito, aunque aqu¡ el tipo subjetivo no tiene que coincidir l¢gicamente con el aspecto objetivo del hecho, sino que se entiende en el sentido de cognoscibilidad de este aspecto objetivo.
