Sastra dan Ekologi
Kerusakan lingkungan telah menjadi masalah pada saat ini. Rusaknya alam telah mengakibatkan terjadinya banyak bencana di bumi. Manusia yang seharusnya menjadi khalifah di bumi untuk menjaga serta merawat bumi justru banyak melakukan kerusakan pada lingkungannya. Hal inilah yang menjadi inspirasi para pengarang untuk mengangkatnya dalam karya sastra. Buku berjudul Sastra dan Ekologi yang terdiri dari sembilan bab ini mengangkat tema isu lingkungan sebagai pembicaraan dalam sastra dan budaya. Dalam buku ini, persoalan preservasi atau pelestarian lingkungan dan gugatan terhadap eksploitasi alam digali dari karya sastra, baik sastra tradisional maupun sastra modern, termasuk di dalamnya cerita lisan dan manuskrip dari masa lampau. Buku ini sangat tepat dibaca oleh para penggiat lingkungan hidup maupun masyarakat umum. Hadirnya buku ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pilihan referensi dalam rangka mendukung gerakan merawat lingkungan hidup. Isu lingkungan hidup saat ini menjadi penting agar ancaman berbagai bencana yang melanda bumi dapat dimitigasi.
